Refund and Returns Policy

At GlamZeniths, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached. Items must be returned within:

  • 14 days of delivery for a full refund

  • 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale and clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized items

2. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate a Return

  • Email Contact@glamzeniths.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization if eligible.

Step 2: Pack & Ship

  • Securely pack your items in the original packaging.

  • Include a copy of the order confirmation or return authorization email.

  • Ship the package to the return address provided by our team.

Step 3: Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit upon request.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of an incorrect or defective item.

3. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no extra charge.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a GlamZeniths error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure successful delivery.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled but may be returned after delivery.
