  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • GlamZeniths is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.


8. Damaged Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
